Gorillaz have recently revealed that they will host four unique live performances this September. The band, led by Blur’s frontman, Damon Albarn, will perform these limited-capacity concerts at London’s Copper Box Arena on August 29, August 30, September 2, and September 3, 2025. These new shows coincide with the final week of the band's upcoming exhibition, House of Kong, which will allow fans to explore the world of Gorillaz and their distinct virtual creativity. Attendees of the exhibition will also have priority access to purchase tickets for the performances. Similar to the exhibition, the newly scheduled concerts will see the band explore their history and feature some of the most significant live shows from their first three albums. Gorillaz will perform each album in its entirety, one per event, while also reminiscing about their most memorable concerts. The series will begin with a tribute to their self-titled album and the 2001 performance at Scala (August 29), followed by a celebration of ‘Demon Days’ and their 2006 show at Harlem's Apollo Theatre (August 30). The third concert will showcase two nights at London’s Roundhouse in 2010 for ‘Plastic Beach’ (September 2), with the series culminating in a final surprise show (September 3).
