In anticipation of The Maccabees' significant headline performance at All Points East on Sunday, August 24th, a new wave of special guests has been revealed for the show in Victoria Park, London.
Joining the previously announced lineup, which includes Bombay Bicycle Club, Dry Cleaning, The Cribs, Nilüfer Yanya, The Murder Capital, Divorce, and Prima Queen, are CMAT, Black Country, New Road, Everything Everything, Sorry, Katy J Pearson, Youth Lagoon, TTSSFU, Max Baby, and The Juice.
This performance marks one of their first live appearances in eight years and coincides with the tenth anniversary of their celebrated album ‘Marks to Prove It’. When the reunion show was announced last year, lead vocalist Felix White remarked:
"Over the years, we’ve attended All Points East separately and it has become somewhat of a landmark festival for us, always looking at who is on the lineup. I would go and enjoy myself, but there was always a tinge of regret seeing headliners that we could have performed ourselves one day. I thought that opportunity had gone, and I was ready to accept that I would miss it. Now, we’re all a bit surprised and thrilled that we get to do it together again."
Tickets can be purchased here.
