Promising Irish band Cliffords assert their presence...
Irish group Cliffords has released their new EP, ‘Salt Of The Lee’, in its entirety.
The band from Cork City self-funded and independently launched their initial tracks last year, followed by an energetic series of headline performances. Slated to rise in 2025, Clash witnessed Cliffords' impressive show at Dublin Castle in Camden earlier this year.
Out now, ‘Salt Of The Lee’ is a compact yet impactful EP, pulsating with energy. Collaborating with producer Richie Kennedy at Battery Studios in London, the four tracks blend indie rock songwriting, insightful lyrics, and a touch of 90s alternative production quality.
An exhilarating listen, the guitar riffs are paired with a skillful melodic sensibility, illuminating even the darkest moments.
At times reflective, ‘Salt Of The Lee’ suggests a bright future for this Irish band – listen now.
