Murkage Dave has released a new single titled ‘Old White Miserable & Rich’.

The UK artist has consistently expressed his opinions, remaining fiercely independent in both his creative pursuits and political beliefs. As is widely recognized, we are currently experiencing challenging times, and this sense of despair affects us all.

The new single ‘Old White Miserable & Rich’ confronts the Right of Reform directly, offering a satirical criticism of Nigel Farage and his associates.

By dissecting the sorrows of the Hard Right, Dave asserts that the track serves as “a message for Nigel Farage, the Reform party, and their American benefactors.”

The song begins with an acoustic snippet of Dave performing Bloc Party’s ‘Hunting For Witches’ alongside collaborator Kiddus—has anything really changed in the two decades since that indie classic came out?

The music video was filmed in Clacton-on-Sea and Ashfield, the constituencies represented by Reform MPs Nigel Farage and Lee Anderson, respectively.

Now available, ‘Old White Miserable & Rich’ comes as Murkage Dave works on his third album; he is also hosting his own radio show, The Outlet on Refuge Worldwide.
