Porij shines with their new single ‘I’m Your Lover (Only)’.
The group's outstanding debut album ‘Teething’ blended club influences with superb pop songwriting, unified by frontperson Egg’s humorous and often insightful lyrics.
Since then, they have wrapped up an energetic UK tour—highlighted by a scorching performance at London’s famous Electric Ballroom—before returning to the studio.
The house-infused pop track ‘I’m Your Lover (Only)’ is a playful burst of summer joy, sure to inspire visions of festival getaways.

This track is about the unexpected experience of falling in love. You can’t always control when it happens, and it’s about embracing it, going along with it, and enjoying the moment without overanalyzing...
For the music video, the band made the sensible choice to spend the budget on a trip to Ibiza. They describe the sun-drenched video:
Jacob crafted the original piano and drum hook for the chorus and labeled it “Beefa” on a Soundcloud demo, so we figured it would be fitting to take a spontaneous 48-hour trip to Ibiza for filming. We shot in a serene villa in the island's north and even enjoyed some lively moments at Amnesia for the Bicep Boiler Room event, which was anything but quiet. The inspiration for the concept definitely drew from a ‘Kevin & Perry’ feel—imagine going on your first holiday with friends and all the adventures that unfold. Sunny days by the pool, fun drinks, and unforgettable music.
