The Promotion is available to all individuals residing in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) who are 18 years old or older. The Promoter is not responsible for any extra travel or accommodation costs except as explicitly stated.
Employees of the Promoter and its subsidiaries, their families, and anyone professionally associated with the Promotion cannot participate.
Entering the Promotion is free and does not require a purchase.
To participate, you must fill out the entry form available on the CLASH Magazine website (https://www.clashmusic.com/win/win-a-pair-of-tickets-a-boutique-experience-at-lost-village-2025/) between 10:00 AM on 29th July 2025 and 12:00 PM on 7th August 2025 (inclusive). Any entries received outside this period will be void. Internet access is necessary to enter.
Only one entry is allowed per person.
There will be one winner.
The winner will be determined by a random electronic draw of all valid entries submitted according to these terms and conditions on 7th August 2025 and will be notified through a direct message on Instagram by or before 9th August 2025. The winner will also be required to provide their email address.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, they will forfeit their prize, and an alternative winner may be selected at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Promoter will verify the eligibility of all participants. The Promoter may require as much information as deemed necessary for this verification, and may withhold the prize until they are satisfied. Entries made using anonymous email services such as GuerillaMail, Dispostable, Mailinator, or Apple’s “Hide my Email” feature will not be eligible for the Promotion. Winners who do not meet the requirements outlined in these terms will be disqualified.
The prize includes two (2) tickets to the Lost Village Festival, valid for the entire festival period (21st – 25th August 2025) and encompasses:
Boutique Sanctuary camping: Deluxe Bell House accommodation within the Boutique Sanctuary, accommodating two people. More accommodation details can be found at https://lostvillagefestival.com/accommodation/boutique/deluxe-bell-house/.
Dining experience: A Village Feast dining experience at Fallow on Saturday, 23rd August 2025, at 5:00 PM.
Train tickets to Newark Northgate (the nearest station to Lost Village) and shuttle service tickets to Lost Village: The winner and their guest will receive round-trip train tickets from their closest home train station to Newark Northgate and a return shuttle service ticket from Newark Northgate to the festival. Train arrangements will only be made for residents of mainland England. If a service to Newark Northgate is not available or fully booked, travel will be arranged to the next closest station. The tickets will be sent via email from [email protected] or dresden@lovethemessage approximately three (3) days before the festival.
£100 Uber credit per person (£200 total): Each individual must have a valid Uber account to utilize this credit. A promotional code will be emailed from [email protected] or dresden@lovethemessage about three (3) days prior to the festival. This code can be applied using the Wallet feature within the Uber app.
Johnnie Walker drink vouchers: Two (2) vouchers per person each day (total of 8 vouchers per person) to be used exclusively at the Johnnie Walker bar on-site. Each voucher can be redeemed for one single serve drink. These will be distributed by an assigned on-site contact; their name and contact details will be sent via email from [email protected] or dresden@lovethemessage about three (3) days before the festival.
Meal vouchers: One (1) meal voucher per person each day (total of 4 meals per person) for use at any food stalls, although some sites may require advance reservations, which must be arranged by the winner, subject to availability. These will also be distributed through an on-site contact; details will be sent via email from [email protected] or dresden@lovethemessage approximately three (3) days prior to the festival. Each voucher is valued at £30.
During the week starting 18th August 2025, Diageo will reach out to the winner via email with a briefing document detailing all prize aspects and ticket information, as well as instructions on redeeming each part of the prize at the festival.
