Leith Ross is set to release their new album ‘I Can See The Future’ on September 19th.
The Canadian artist has garnered a devoted cult following, with fans eagerly awaiting each new piece of art. Their debut album earned critical acclaim for its genuine gilded indie pop sound.
As they work on a follow-up record, Leith has chosen to elevate her ambitions. Collaborating with Rostam as producer, she delves deeper into her emotions and experiences than ever before.
She shares…
With ‘I Can See The Future,’ I aim to invite the audience into my understanding of myself and my journey (past, present, and future), while also depicting a clear vision of what I believe the world could become beyond my existence. I must have faith that a better world is on the horizon, and I truly believe it is possible if we stay committed to making it happen.
The new single ‘Stay’ is now available, presenting a heartfelt call for community in a time increasingly defined by isolation. Leith skillfully invites listeners into her universe, describing the song as…
“‘Stay’ is about actively pursuing and nurturing community—learning to rely on one another, whether they be neighbors, friends, or even strangers. It highlights the interconnectedness of our struggles and the necessity of supporting one another, or simply being present together and providing mutual care. The latter part of the song celebrates the joy that comes from succeeding in that goal—filled with love, laughter, shared stories, and good food. I hope it inspires you to cook a meal for someone, or at the very least, to offer them kindness.”
