Courtney Marie Andrews has released her new track ‘Cons And Clowns’.

As a multifaceted creator, the songwriter’s work is celebrated for its emotional depth. Recently, however, she has concentrated on her second poetry collection – Love Is a Dog That Bites When It’s Scared – and her active role as a painter.

In a delightful surprise for her fans, she has dropped her first new music in three years.

Released now, ‘Cons And Clowns’ encourages artists to come into the limelight and showcase their capabilities.

Both subtle and impactful, it reflects a more mature and well-rounded songwriter who embraces her own value. Courtney shares…

“Cons & Clowns is a tribute to all the artists, outsiders, and shy loved ones who you want to see flourish! In this era of increasing uniformity, I aimed to write a love letter of encouragement to anyone hesitant to be their most authentic and unconventional self, especially during these darker times. With a wish to capture the carefree spirit of youth, I played the flute on this track, an instrument I haven't touched since I was a child.”

      Listen now.

Catch Courtney Marie Andrews on tour this Autumn, including a performance at St Pancras Old Church in London on October 29th.
