Taylor Swift has disclosed that she has never participated in the Super Bowl Half-Time Show.
This annual sporting event attracts a massive global audience, with the extravagant Half-Time Show being one of the most-viewed entertainment highlights of the year.
Next year, Bad Bunny will take the stage, bringing an energetic mix of his top hits.
Interestingly, Taylor Swift has never appeared in the Super Bowl Half-Time Show, a topic she discussed with Jimmy Fallon during a recent television interview.
The host inquired about this gap in her résumé—one of the few career milestones she has yet to achieve—and Taylor highlighted her connection to NFL football.
“We’re always able to tell [Jay-Z] the truth, which is that I am in love with a guy who plays that sport on that actual field. Like, that is violent chess. That is gladiators without swords, it’s dangerous. The entire season, I am focused on what that man is doing on the field. Can you imagine if he’s out there week after week, risking his life in this high-pressure, high-intensity sport, and I’m sitting here thinking, ‘I wonder what my choreography should be?’ […] And this isn’t about Travis; he would love for me to do it. I’m just too focused.”
