There’s a relaxed sway to her comeback…

Lauren Auder has released a new single titled ‘yes’.

This marks her first new material since 2023, showcasing her exploration of light and shade in her artistry.

At first glance, it appears to be a straightforward pop track, propelled by a laid-back, Madchester-inspired rhythm reminiscent of the Happy Mondays.

Beneath this simplicity, however, lies some of her most powerful lyricism, with Lauren's vocals pushing the song forward, reaching a climactic, explosive finale.

A flexible house influence seeps into the arrangement, with a sense of Chicago-inspired ecstasy framing the songwriting. She mentions…

“I experiment with house-influenced piano, Madchester-like grooves, and a concise lyrical delivery. The movement of the track conveys the rush of excitement, the sensation of time accelerating, and the ever-turning feeling that accompanies falling in love.”

It's a return to his origins...

East London artist Tendai has released a new single titled 'Red Wine'.

Available now, the track was created entirely for his live performances, with Tendai aiming for a moment of intimate simplicity.

The end result marks a return to his origins, as 'Red Wine' shines from beginning to end. Reconnecting with the piano, his first instrument, brings forth a soulful subtlety, with Tendai maintaining a raw production style.

      He expresses...

I wanted to reconnect with the piano, my initial instrument. I realized it had been years since I wrote an entirely acoustic song and felt the need to return to my musical roots. With a headline show planned, I aimed to inject fresh energy into the set, so I composed 'Red Wine' for my audience.

It was originally meant to be a one-time release, but the radio team picked it up! The song reflects my thoughts on youth, fear, drugs, and hope. It's about the sentiment of letting go, even amid uncertainty.

      Tune in now.
