After a year filled with controversy for the punk-grime band...
Bob Vylan will take the stage as the headline act for Shambala Festival 2026.
The group stirred up backlash during their performance at Glastonbury Festival with their onstage remarks, leading to reactions from authorities against Bob Vylan. Some festivals subsequently removed the band from their line-ups, but in a recent interview with Louis Theroux, the duo expressed no regret.
Next year, Bob Vylan will return to Shambala as headliners, headlining a lineup that features soulful reggae artist Hollie Cook, Mercury Prize-nominated innovator Emma-Jean Thackray, and powerful Swedish psychedelic band GOAT.
Joshua Idehen will also perform at Shambala, joined by Home Counties, JayaHadADream, and others.
Sidarth Sharma, Creative Director of Shambala, commented: “At Shambala, our creative vision extends beyond merely curating a festival soundtrack. It’s about providing a platform for extraordinary artists and musicians who are constantly refining their skills. In a music-saturated world where algorithms can easily mask true talent, our mission is to penetrate that noise and ensure our audience encounters those rare, enchanting sonic moments that make Shambala memorable.”
Tickets are currently available.
Shambala Festival 2026 is set to take place from August 27th to 30th.
