Berlin-based producer Logic1000 is set to curate a new DJ-Kicks mix.
The established !k7 mix series showcases exceptional curatorial talent, featuring several outstanding club artists putting together special mixes throughout the year. Following the praise received for her 2024 album ‘Mother’, Logic1000 will present a unique mix crafted especially for this installation.
Slated for release on March 28th, Logic1000's DJ-Kicks installment weaves together exclusive tracks from Qendresa, Big Ever, DJ Plead, and two brand new tracks from Logic1000 herself.
Additionally, she will blend tracks from artists like a.s.o, Astrid Sonne, Smerz and others.
“This DJ-Kicks truly reflects my listening habits from the past three years,” explains the Melbourne-born, Berlin-based artist, “I’ve really slowed down and delved deeper into the music I love. I chose these tracks because I cherish my mornings and home life. The tranquility and silence in my home enhance the feeling of calmness when I play music like this in my space.”
She further states, “My greatest hope for this mix is that listeners feel reflective, at peace, and perhaps inspired to start their day with a calm, thoughtful, and beautiful energy.”
