Model/Actriz will be launching their new album 'Pirouette' in May.
The Brooklyn band's captivating debut 'Dogsbody' received praise upon its release in 2023, which led to a series of international tour dates.
They have reunited to create a follow-up, which is set to arrive this Spring. Scheduled for release on May 2nd via True Panther / Dirty Hit, the recording sessions were co-produced and mixed by Seth Manchester.
The lead single, 'Cinderella', showcases a blend of noise and euphoria, a style that New York bands often excel at.
The video, directed by Nathan Castiel, reinterprets the classic story of Cinderella, featuring the band in a street-level fairytale setting.
Haden portrays Cinderella, Wetmore takes on the role of Cinderella’s step-mother Lady Tremaine, while Radlauer and Shapiro appear as the step-sisters Drizella and Anastasia. Musicians Gallipony and Magdalene guest star as Prince Charming and The Fairy Godmother.

"'Cinderella' encapsulates many of the themes that became the essence of 'Pirouette'. The track oscillates between tension and fluidity, dissonance and harmony: our goal was to create something inherently bright that diverged from our previous work, where the light that emerges from the song wasn't achieved by eliminating darkness, but by enhancing the contrast.
The lyrics emerged from this foundation, expressing an internal conversation I had while on a date with a striking man. It’s a reflection on the realization of shame and pain I held onto long after it was no longer relevant; despite the uncertainty of ever encountering him again, I can always envision him as the enigmatic spark that liberated me from those feelings.
