The Molotovs Release Their First Single 'More More More'

      The Molotovs have unveiled their debut single ‘More More More.’

      Over the past year, the band has garnered attention while relentlessly touring. They’ve played in various small venues throughout the country, refining their sound at countless shows.

      The band had the opportunity to support the Sex Pistols at their Teenage Cancer Trust concert at the prestigious Royal Albert Hall, but such major events are not a common occurrence for them. Recently, they also performed at a spontaneous guerrilla gig in Soho in front of the iconic vinyl shop Sister Ray.

      The new single ‘More More More’ has been released and serves as a strong debut. It incorporates elements reminiscent of The Jam's classic 45s, alongside the destructive style of The Who, with touches of Bowie’s glam inspirations.

      At its core, however, 'More More More' reflects feelings of suburban discontent, telling a story of youthful frustration away from the dazzling city lights.

      Guitarist Mathew Cartlidge explains, “It’s about being in a fleeting relationship that feels unimportant. It’s about filling time with drinking and partying to escape the dullness of life, masking a lack of true identity, while deep down you know you crave something more.”
