Helena Hauff and F#X reunite as Black Sites for a complete collaborative album.
Both artists are significant figures in the electronic music scene – Helena Hauff has carved out a unique style in intense, powerful techno, while F#X (also known as Kris Jakob) excels in analogue production.
The duo has previously collaborated under the name Black Sites, but the project has been dormant for nearly ten years.
Now, Black Sites returns, set to release their first full-length album on June 27th.
Released through Tresor Records, ‘R4’ features 10 tracks, traversing from dense machine funk to delicate synths and more.
The new track ‘FLIKK’ kicks off the collaboration – it showcases strong, captivating electronic music that seems to exist outside the realms of both artists' earlier works.
