Sprints are back! The band has revealed that their second album, ‘All That Is Over’, will be released on September 26th through City Slang. With this album announcement, they have also shared a high-energy new track called ‘Descartes’, which comes with a video featuring the band performing in an abandoned house. “Descartes was written on a plane while I was reading Outline by Rachel Cusk,” explains lead vocalist Karla Chubb about the new single. “Inspired directly by the line ‘Vanity is the curse of our culture,’ the remainder of the song came to me quite spontaneously.” “Descartes delves into the necessity of writing and creating for survival, not merely for expression, and how crucial that feels to me as I attempt to understand and process the world around me,” she adds. You can listen to the new song, ‘Descartes’, here. Below is the tracklist for the upcoming album 'All That Is Over':
‘Abandon’
‘To The Bone’
‘Descartes’
‘Need’
‘Beg’
‘Rage’
‘Something’s Gonna Happen’
‘Pieces’
‘Better’
