Chappell Roan has hinted that she is ‘Patchwork’ – one of the rumored names for Glastonbury’s secret performances.
The festival has revealed its massive lineup and schedule, but there are still some unfilled slots. In keeping with tradition, organizers have planned several secret performances, and fans are eagerly piecing together clues about who might appear.
One of the names being discussed is ‘Patchwork’ – speculation suggests it could be Pulp, longtime supporters of the festival; others propose it may be a pseudonym for Lorde, or even the returning sisters HAIM.
Could it be Chappell Roan…?
The queer pop icon has teased fans by posting an enigmatic ‘patchwork’ image on her Instagram.
Casino Beats has drastically reduced the odds of the American artist performing from 30/1 to 1/2.
Chavdar Vasilev, a spokesperson for Casino Beats, stated: “Every year, there is significant curiosity surrounding the secret performances at Glastonbury, and this year all eyes are on ‘Patchwork’. Chappell Roan is now favored at 1/2, with her odds to appear on the Pyramid Stage as the secret act having plummeted from 30/1 earlier this month, following her recent cryptic patchwork post on Instagram that has sparked widespread speculation.”
“Rumors of Haim (4/1) and Pulp (7/1) are circulating, but they are significantly behind the American popstar in the betting odds. Some bettors remain optimistic about names like Oasis (20/1) and Harry Styles (25/1) making an appearance, but Roan is currently the clear favorite.”
Glastonbury will take place from June 25th to 29th.
