Bring Me The Horizon Launch 'Lo-files' Album.

A surprise album titled ‘Lo-files’ featuring 23 tracks of lo-fi reinterpretations has been released by Bring Me The Horizon.

The band, known for their diverse and bold catalog, consistently pushes boundaries for themselves and their fans.

As they prepare to headline Reading and Leeds this summer – particularly right after Limp BizKit – the band has unveiled this unexpected album.

Released now, ‘Lo-files’ includes 23 lo-fi reinterpretations spanning their discography, from the 2013 album ‘Sempiternal’ to the 2024 release ‘POST HUMAN: NeX Gen’.

The group has collaborated with some renowned figures in the lo-fi genre, such as Casiio, No Spirit, Lophiile, drxnk, and others.

Lead vocalist Oli Sykes refers to ‘Lo-files’ as “utility music,” intended for use during quiet moments, creative endeavors, or reflection.

Oli explains, “Initially, I envisioned our 'go-to' album as something more relaxed, suitable for studying or unwinding. It turned out to be much more chaotic than I had planned. So, I see this as another attempt to create something more laid-back. I listen to a lot of lo-fi when I’m working or when I have anxiety, so I hope this album can provide that same comfort for others.”
