Nova Twins assert their presence and make their mark with their latest track 'N.O.V.A'.

Alt-rock pioneers and former DIY cover stars Nova Twins have previewed their upcoming third album ‘Parasites & Butterflies’ (set to release on 29th August through Marshall Records) with their compelling new single, ‘N.O.V.A’. This track follows ‘Monsters’, ‘Piranha’, and ‘Soprano’ as the fourth single from the album and serves as a bold declaration for claiming space unapologetically. “This is a celebration of identity, a tribute to the women in our family, and a declaration of pride in who we are,” shared the band’s Amy Love and Georgia South. “As two Black women in rock music, we initially felt the need to prove ourselves because of the lack of representation. Staying true to ourselves and overcoming self-doubt has brought us pride. This song pays homage to those who have paved the way and the progress we’ve achieved.” You can purchase a copy of our May 2025 print magazine featuring Nova Twins, and watch the official video for ‘N.O.V.A’ below. The tracklist for ‘Parasites & Butterflies’ includes: 1. Glory 2. Piranha 3. Monsters 4. Soprano 5. Drip 6. N.O.V.A 7. Sandman 8. Hummingbird 9. Parallel Universe 10. Hide & Seek 11. Hurricane 12.
