Drenched in Americana and accompanied by the raspy voice of a genuine country artist, Jade Bird, a UK-born talent based in Los Angeles, unveils her third album.
‘Who Wants to Talk About Love?’ takes its name from Bird’s single ‘Who Wants’, reflecting the heartache she has observed in her family members' romantic relationships, as she ponders whether she will inherit the same suffering that has been passed down through generations.
Despite the hints of looming despair, ‘Who Wants to Talk About Love?’ emerges as a flowing acoustic reverie – a true reflection of Bird’s commitment to her art.
