The new single "Like I'm Young" is now available...
Avery Tucker has announced his debut solo album titled ‘Paw’.
The songwriter, known for his role in the cult band Girlpool, is now focusing on his solo work as that project is currently on hold.
The debut album ‘Paw’ includes 11 tracks, showcasing Avery Tucker's deeper honesty in his artistry. Set to release on October 10th, the album is introduced by the raw lead single ‘Like I’m Young,’ which reflects a moment of introspection and emotional sincerity.
“‘Like I’m Young’ is likely one of the most emotionally vulnerable songs I’ve created,” Tucker shares. “There are parts in the song that I recall writing and thinking, ‘I can't include this.’ I chose to push this song to the absolute limits of my emotions, and every time I perform it live, I feel as if I'm walking along that precarious edge within myself.”
