aespa Unveils New Mini-Album ‘Rich Man’

It will be released on September 5th...

aespa aims to redefine the idea of a ‘Rich Man’ with their upcoming mini-album.

The innovative Korean group returns, with members KARINA, GISELLE, WINTER, and NINGNING coming together for a new project.

Set to release on September 5th, the mini-album ‘Rich Man’ explores themes of worth and self-worth in 2025, questioning what it means to feel wealthy.

By flipping the narrative, aespa utilizes the concept as a perspective, driven by their distinct energy and strength.

A brief introductory video is now available online, where aespa states:

“I am enough as I am. I am a ‘Rich Man’.”

      —

This new phase follows aespa’s critically acclaimed triple mega-hits from 2024, including ‘Supernova’, ‘Armageddon’, and ‘Whiplash’. This year has also brought the summer hit ‘Dirty Work’, and aespa delivered an outstanding performance at London’s OVO Arena Wembley.

      In our review, Clash noted:

The encore was an emotional experience, with the members returning in relaxed attire to perform ‘ænergy’ and ‘Just Another Girl’.

In classic K-pop concert style, they dashed across the extended stage to connect with fans, providing a heartfelt farewell.
