No plans for this Sunday? Now you do! The legendary DJ Pete Tong has been announced as a last-minute headliner for this year's All Points East festival, taking the stage on Sunday, August 17th. What's even better? The event is completely free (zero cost!) as part of the festival’s community initiative. Joining Pete Tong this weekend will be DJ Yoda, who will present a special audiovisual set celebrating 50 years of Hip Hop, along with The Cuban Brothers, Kengo, and The Tamashii Drummers. Additionally, there will be a variety of other free activities, including live theatre performances from Half Moon Presents, free fitness sessions, book swaps, showcases of emerging talent, and upcycling workshops hosted by the Sunny Jar Eco Hub. Regarding his headlining DJ set at the festival, Pete Tong stated: “[I’m] really looking forward to bringing some Ibiza vibes to All Points East this Sunday. It’s a great opportunity to play these tracks in the heart of London and share some of my favorite tunes with a festival audience. See you there.” The all-day free event is scheduled to occur amid All Points East’s full live program, which starts this Friday featuring Cleo Sol, SAULT, and more.
