The festival season of 2025 may have just concluded, but Primavera Sound Barcelona is already gearing up for next summer, having announced that The Cure, Doja Cat, The xx, and Gorillaz will be headlining in 2026. The 24th installment of this iconic festival promises to be larger than ever, featuring Robert Smith’s legendary goth-rock band alongside the pop-rap sensation, the cherished indie-electro group, and Damon Albarn’s groundbreaking animated act (which will likely showcase tracks from their recently revealed new album ‘The Mountain’). Additionally, the lineup will include pop sensation Addison Rae, shoegaze trailblazers My Bloody Valentine, and September 2025 DIY cover stars Big Thief, along with cult favorites like Lambrini Girls, Cameron Winter, Water From Your Eyes, and many more. Primavera Sound Barcelona 2026 is scheduled for June 4th-6th, with an extra opening day on Wednesday, June 3rd, and the festival’s electronica-themed party, Primavera Bits, set for Sunday, June 7th.
