The Zac Schulze Gang has released their debut album ‘Straight To It’ in its entirety.
Now available, this album marks a significant beginning for the band, who blend minimalist blues rock with a punk-infused sense of rebellious energy. Recognized for their musical prowess, this Kent-based group combines technical talent with an engaging, counter-cultural vibe.
Praised by BBC Introducing, The Zac Schulze Gang performed in London last week at the iconic 100 Club on Oxford Street. The legendary venue was filled with their energetic riffs, and their power trio format – similar to that of Cream, Taste, and The Jimi Hendrix Experience – shook the venue to its foundation.
The sold-out performance featured the full playthrough of ‘Straight To It’, as the band celebrated with a lively night in Central London.
Available now, the album is aptly titled – trimming away the excess, the band's songwriting is solid, reminiscent of the early records of The Black Keys or even the obscure UK band The Blueskins.
