Belgium’s Rock Werchter has announced the first act for its 2026 lineup: the iconic band The Cure, who first performed at the festival's Festivalpark back in 1981. Since then, the legendary group, led by the unique Robert Smith, has graced the festival stage multiple times and will make another appearance in 2026 to celebrate the launch of their eagerly awaited new album, ‘Songs Of A Lost World’. Rock Werchter 2026 is scheduled for Thursday, July 2, to Sunday, July 5, in Werchter, Belgium, with The Cure serving as the headliner for the final night. Tickets will be available for purchase at 10 a.m. local time on Friday, November 21; additional information and pre-registration can be found here.
