Just when we assumed The Maccabees had completed their offerings for the year (after a summer where they gathered many of our favorite indie acts for an incredible All Points East all-day event), they've now revealed that they will be releasing a special edition of ‘Marks To Prove It’, marking ten years since the album’s original release in 2015. Set to be released on November 28th, ‘Marks To Prove It: 10th Anniversary Edition’ will extend beyond the album’s original 11 tracks by including eight B-sides and acoustic renditions (including ‘Koya’, which is currently available) as well as the complete set from Glastonbury 2015, featuring Jamie T's guest performance on the title track. "At the time, we didn't realize it would be our final album, but looking back, it's probably the closest representation of a definitive Maccabees record, incorporating elements from all our previous versions," said guitarist Felix White regarding the special release. "It was a very dedicated era where all our energy and lives were invested in this music, and that’s something you can truly hear in it ten years later."
