Sadé Awele Radiates Elegance in Afro-Soul Anthem 'These Feet'

"We produced an alternative R&B track!"

Sadé Awele is back with her new single 'These Feet'.

Although the songwriter is based in Vancouver, she hails from Nigeria, allowing her to speak to the diasporic experience. Blending contemporary R&B with elements of afrobeats, her soulful artistry cloaks complex emotions in smooth velvet.

The new single 'These Feet' radiates joy, with Sadé Awele intentionally moving towards positivity. At times reminiscent of Jorja Smith, you can also detect the influence of R&B trailblazer SZA.

Now available, this beautifully crafted single showcases her full potential.

Awele shares: “It all began in my living room with my guitar. I was reflecting on life and how we encounter extreme highs and lows, yet somehow find a way to balance it all and keep progressing. It made me consider how beauty can coexist with struggle, and I wanted to express in a song what it means to embrace uncertainty, knowing that some will always judge what they can't grasp. Then Alvin, David, Linaldo, Rennan, and Chersea joined me, and together we created an alternative R&B hit!”
