Twenty One Pilots is set to release their new concert film, More Than We Ever Imagined, next month.

The alt duo has always demonstrated great attention to detail in their live performances, treating concerts as a platform for creating a vivid world. Each tour serves as a unique extension of their albums, adopting its own identity.

Now, the band has announced plans for an ambitious new concert film. Twenty One Pilots: More Than We Ever Imagined will be released to the public on February 26th, showcasing a performance from the Clancy World Tour at Mexico City Stadium.

Directed by Mark C. Eshleman—a close friend and frequent collaborator of the band—the film will be available in IMAX and theaters worldwide starting February 26th for a limited time, with exclusive IMAX previews commencing on February 25th. Tickets will officially go on sale January 15th.

“I have spent the majority of the last 16 years of my life following Twenty One Pilots around the globe. I’ve witnessed them perform in small venues that were often just an extension of larger clubs, playing for crowds made up solely of the other bands on the lineup. They played those intimate shows with the same energy as if they were on a festival stage, then would quietly pack up their equipment and load it into a trailer behind our tour van. They would engage in hours of discussions, refining a performance that hardly anyone witnessed. Their focus remains on the pulse of the performance; they deeply believe in preparation and vision,” shares director Mark C. Eshleman.

“For ‘More Than We Ever Imagined,’ we had the chance to capture two angles of a Twenty One Pilots performance: more than 20 cameras focused on the fans enjoying the show, and a second perspective that has followed me over the years leading up to that sold-out stadium in Mexico City, a camera shadowing Tyler and Josh as they bring the essence of their show to one of the largest stages.”
