Father John Misty Makes His Comeback With ‘The Old Law’

      Father John Misty has released his latest single, ‘The Old Law’.

      Following his most recent album, ‘Mahatmashana’, released in 2024, the songwriter embarked on a series of international performances where he introduced snippets of new work.

      As 2024 came to a close, fans began posting clips of a track titled ‘God’s Trash’, which quickly gained traction as an underground hit.

      Renamed and finalized as ‘The Old Law’, the song has now been officially launched. It embodies the signature Misty style—brilliant, sparkling, and clever, produced with Drew Erickson at Fivestar Studios in Los Angeles.
