Radhika's "Starry Eyes" Is A Dream Pop Anthem

      It reflects inter-generational loss...

Scottish dream pop group Radhika has released their song ‘Starry Eyes’ in its entirety.

The project is spearheaded by Radhika Meera Dade (vocals/guitar), along with close friends Sushil K Dade/Future Pilot AKA (bass, electronics) and Eric MacDonald (keys, electronics/drum loops).

‘Starry Eyes’ is a stunning, ethereal track that embodies dream pop, creating a somnambulistic indie vibe that meanders into the depths of the subconscious.

Originally launched as a very limited flexi-only release, ‘Starry Eyes’ includes contributions from notable Glasgow indie musicians, such as Gerard Love (Lightships/ex-Teenage Fanclub) and Mitch Mitchell (The Pastels).

Now accessible on digital streaming platforms through Glass Modern, this track showcases heavenly and luminous songwriting that touches on inter-generational connections and a collective sense of loss.

      Radhika shares…

"I was going through some old black and white photos with my grandmother Soma, and she softly mentioned, ‘I miss my mother.’ This gentle exchange across generations inspired Starry Eyes. The phrase ‘your disintegration is a cosmic lullaby’ captures the spirit of the song, which delves into the transition of souls to the next realm."
