UK songwriter Jacob Banks has released his new project titled ‘Yonder: Book II’.
He envisions ‘Yonder’ as a trilogy, with the first part already available for streaming. Now, Jacob Banks has broadened his vision with the recent release of ‘Yonder: Book II’.
This five-track project gives Jacob the opportunity to express some personal feelings. As an artist who delves into deep themes, this ambitious song collection transitions between vintage soul and a slightly more alternative sound.
Jacob states...
“’Book II’ represents a blend of two worlds that I hold dear: my passion for soul music and my affinity for alternative music.”
Very much a product of Jacob’s creative vision, the project also features production by Pantha (Emeli Sandé, Wretch 32) and Gavin Powell (Jake Isaac, Stormzy).
The final part of the trilogy is on the way, and Jacob Banks is scheduled to perform at London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town on April 23rd.
