      Fontaines DC have released a deluxe edition of their latest album ‘Romance’, along with a new single titled ‘Before You I Just Forget’. The new album also includes a previously unheard live rendition of the popular track ‘Starburster’, which features David Lynch’s ‘In Heaven (Lady In The Radiator Song)’. The new single, ‘Before You I Just Forget’, presents a gentle yet industrial sound from the band. “It’s a song that originated from a vision of a very expansive sound, something that heaved and shifted with new details becoming clear every time you listened,” said guitarist Conor Curley about the single. “Like the concept of never stepping into the same river twice, the song evolves and changes, culminating in an amazing string section by Grian.” This unexpected announcement follows the release of their recent track ‘It’s Amazing To Be Young’, which is also featured on the updated version of the acclaimed album. The 2024 release of ‘Romance’ marks the BRIT Award-winning band's fourth studio album, which propelled them to mainstream success with significant tracks such as ‘Favourite’, ‘In The Modern World’, and ‘Starburster’. This summer, the band will perform their largest headline show to date at Finsbury Park in London. The sold-out show, with a capacity of 45,000, will feature special guests including Amyl and the Sniffers, Kneecap, and Blondshell. You can listen to the new single ‘Before You I Just Forget’ below:
