A timely release from the songwriter...
Sir Winston makes a comeback with the incisive single ‘More Is Enough’.
The versatile electronic artist harnesses the raw energy of breakbeat and DNB, steering those sounds in new directions. An Australian based in New York, Sir Winston pays homage to the 90s legends like The Prodigy while also incorporating an industrial sound reminiscent of Nine Inch Nails.
Much like Trent Reznor, Sir Winston crafts expansive sonic landscapes for listeners to explore. The year 2025 holds great promise as the electronic musician pushes forward with his politically charged new track.
Now available, ‘More Than Enough’ carries an appropriately dark tone—shadowy low frequencies contrast with sharp digital textures, and the lyrics confront societal inequality, questioning how billionaires thrive while many face hunger.
He expresses in the lyrics: “nothing is more and more is enough, you know the way of the world – it weighs on my mind – and it’s getting me down…”
A critique of the oligarchs, ‘More Is Enough’ examines our current dystopia and wonders why more individuals are not rising against it. “When very few have everything while millions have nothing, it’s not success — it’s a system failure,” shares Sir Winston.
