King Princess is set to unveil her new album ‘Girl Violence’ on September 12th.
The avant-pop artist and multifaceted creative, known as Mikaela Straus, has recently been exploring her acting career, appearing in the current season of Nine Perfect Strangers alongside actors such as Nicole Kidman, Christine Baranski, and Murray Bartlett.
The upcoming album ‘Girl Violence’ showcases her diverse talents and marks her first project with section 1.
Available for pre-order now, the album will launch on September 12th, and the lead single has just dropped.
The single ‘RIP KP’ is a cheeky celebration of summer mischief, serving as a vibrant return.

“‘RIP KP’ explores the seductive aspect of girl violence—when love overtakes your thoughts like a cordyceps, leading to wild moments all over your home. It’s an ideal opener for the album: dramatic, carefree, and tongue-in-cheek. I created it during a full ego death—leaving LA, my label, my previous life—and somehow found myself back in NYC making music I would have obsessed over at 15. It’s an anthem for the lesbians craving some fun this summer.”
