Simple Things 2025: Dry Cleaning, These New Puritans, and Rich(ard) Dawson Announced

      Eclectic Bristol's one-layer Simple Things festival has announced the first names for its lineup.

      The festival is an essential part of the city's music calendar, showcasing adventurous and unconventional acts while also featuring emerging talents.

      2025 is set to be an exciting year, with Simple Things returning on November 8th. The initial lineup includes local favorites Dry Cleaning, along with art-pop explorers These New Puritans and influential North East songwriter Rich(ard) Dawson.

      Tunde Adebimpe's recent solo album was a standout in 2025, and the US artist will be heading to Bristol for Simple Things. Additionally, the lineup features Factory Floor, iglooghost, The Orielles, and notable underground rapper Jawnino.

      Smerz is also scheduled to perform at Simple Things, with a showcase from Ngeye Ngeye Tapes and a DJ set from snooker legend turned left-field techno expert Steve Davis.

      Tickets are available through the Simple Things website.

      Simple Things will take place in Bristol on November 8th.
